Simulation using Inversion Tomographic Method with P-wave and S-wave surveys

Rayfract is a simulation tool using Smooth Inversion Tomographic Method based on physically realistic modeling of first break propagation for P-wave and S-wave surveys. It uses forward model refraction, transmission and diffraction and back-project traveltime residuals along wave paths (also known as Fresnel volumes) instead of conventional rays.
